C:\Program Files\TV Media\TvmBho.dll was still there but then i went into safe mode and deleted it. now my computer is messed up now my auto protect and email scan for norton antivirus is not working. should i just reformat my hard drive?

Just reinstall Norton Antivirus and it should solve the problem. Also need a new Hijack This log.
