HP laptop messy - please help
Hello,
I'm not computer stupid, but not overly MS smart, and don't use IE on my MS box.
A friend's laptop, running XP, is a mess, when loggn' on a msg. about the hpwirelessmgr module shows up, googled it, and that's how I landed here.
Some of the windows occasionally show classic, as might the task bar, as opposed to the new XP blue, most programs (NAV, e.g.) hang when loggin' out, and any attempt to use a DUN results in 'Address book not found', and some error at some location (or, simply, nothing happens).
I'm ready to re-load the machine, but wanted to bounce a HijackThis log off people who know about this stuff first, hopefully save some trouble (and data).
Here's the log:

I'm not really that up on the Windows error department, Security is my department. Those errors do sound like some kind of system error and it doesn't look like its caused by malware.
