Hi, I recently installed Norton 2004 and Upgraded to Windows XP. After installing Norton I noticed I has a Virus on my computer. It repaired several files but I need to have internet access to repair the rest of them.

My problem is that I can no longer get connected to the internet. I have called Road Runner and was told it is a micrsoft issue. I was told it was a "Bad Socket". I corrected the issue from Microsoft Support Article #817571 & #318584. But still no luck.
When you re-boot sys32 file pops up on your screen.

When you try to get internet connection you can see it's trying to connect but can't. Thanks for you help !!
