Can someone help?
I have cleaned my computer of the I-Worm however one file is still infected and My AVG Anti Virus does not open that file to clean it.
The file is: V:\System Volume Information\_restore{DB289921-2D4A-4AA3-A8BC-CE2B0AB83E1B}\RP7\A0005264.exe
Does anyone have a suggenstion as to how either to clean it or delete it and re-install it.

Try downloading the stinger from this website and setting it away. You may have to do it from some elses pc because yours may shutdown before it has ahad a chance to be dowloaded.

the problem is system restore. I don't know what operating system you're running so you'll have to choose the link for you!

I would use the proper Symantec Removal tool to make sure you get rid of the worm properly this is available here
