My computer has been loading very slow an acting sluggish. I went ahead and ran Spybot and Adaware and cleaned up some stuff. I also ran an online virus scan and ran my Nortons. Also defrag. The system did improve some but its still some what slugglish. I went ahead and ran Hijackthis and here is the logfile. I'm not sure whats what. Any help would be appreciated.

Zone Alarm causes major slow downs on most systems and this may be at the root of your sluggish problems. If you would like to uninstall Zone Alarm and try an alternative, please post back and I'll give you instructions so that you stay secure and also uninstall it using the correct procedure.

I just might do that but before I go and un install it what would be my other alternatives? I would like to stay with a free program but I'm open to all.
