all these files c:\ drive do i need any of them
i have all these files and dont think they are supposed to be there well i created jpg of the root of the rive where the main problem is. but its too big to upload

At the C: prompt, type:
c:\dir *.* > filelist.txt
Upload that.

i dont know how to do that. i copy pasted the c:\dir *.* > filelist.txt into start>run and that just came up windows cannot find c:\dir you may have typed the directory wrong.
so i decided to use the search for files and put in filelist.txt and nothing came up
