We have tried all ways to get rid of that stupid message, downloaded various reg editors, ran numerous scans and such, but thanks to your info and advice of which program to download and what ot delete we are now sorted..Thanks

You mean you picked up information from already resolved threads and the stickies about Hijack This, Spybot and the likes? If so, well done on cleaning it yourself. I don't usually recommend it in case anything goes wrong, but I'm glad your sorted.
