Can someone help? A couple of years back I remember coming to this site and getting great help to clean up a advertising software that was redirecting me to some random sites.

Something has happened again to my computer :-( I keep getting this message. Also, my desktop keeps blinking.. which is weird. Does this mean I have been attached by internet thugs?

Please help... not sure where to post this message since I know ZERO about technical stuff.

You don't happen to have System Defragmenter installed? If so I'm reading that it should be removed. I suggest that you read this first and post another thread here.

If that isn't your problem them I'm going to need to know more about your computer.
