Hi. When I was online, I had no trouble with the cp.. it was fine for a long time, til my daughter clicked on somethings/or downloaded something. after 2 weeks, we were getting pop ups(worms found, trojans found, and virus found) for few days.. it made cp slow and freezes. SO, my husband got into the system, fixed the problem.. rebooted. It was all fine and improved like nothing happened, UNTIL I tried to download the program after I UNinstalled to reinstall my program.. because it wasn't doing anything. so.....
I can't download new program. When Im on a IMVU website, I clicked download, then there's an download icon, clicked on that.. nothing happened. why?? My daughter tried to download website called ToonTown.com this also won't download.. Any ideas what I should do or what happened.?
