HOw do you know if a company has gone bust?
I have ordered a remote for my nec projector, and paid on the 15th. No remote, no emails.. Apparently dispatched a week ago, but no more replys to emails :/
I got it though ebay from a company called AVS UK LTD. Their website doesnt seem to work, and everything has dissapeared from it :/
Is there any way to find out if they've gone bust??

You could try contacting this lot;

They own the 'AVS UK LTD' web site... But their site is also SNAFU.
You could also contact the local (to them) Trading Standards Office, they may have information if they have done a runner or got t*ts up.

actually, AVS probably stands for AV Shed

Remote came today, so Im happy; at least they didnt do a runner 
I guess that their communication is kinda poor..
