Hi again everyone, i was reading through some of the "D-A-L terms and condions" (I had a lot of spare time) and found this one:

2. Please read Announcements before posting. Announcements are located at the top of each forum section.

I have never seen these on a thread. At the top? Where?

On top of a section:

They only exist if a Moderator has created one or more.

I think the only place it has been used is the HijackThis section.

Until now!

In other sections "stickies" are more common.
