    Hard Drive

    I have a P4M800PRO-M (V2.0) Elite motherboard with an Intel(R) Core(YM)2 CPU, 4300 @ 1.80GHz with 2.02 GHz, 992 MB RAM. Running Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2
I was wondering if i can install an SATA hard drive along with an EIDE hard drive.
    The mobo stotage specs:
    Supported by VIA VT8237R/
    Supported by VIA VT8237R Plus
    4 x Ultra DMA133/100/66 devies
    2 x Serial ATA devices.
    I know have a 38151MB disk O and a 152586 MB disk 1.
I want to replace the smaller drive with a SATA drive

Sure. If you just want to move data then move it.

If you are talking about moving everything such as Windows and Programs then you can clone your old drive.

The new drives setup software should have a cloning option.
