There is a piece of hair stuck at the bottom of my LCD screen on my laptop and I tried removing it with tweezers and my fingers and cleaner and cloth but no luck. Its been bothering me a lot and I have no clue how to remove it. Any suggestions without taking the laptop apart?

Maybe a blob of Blutack will give you a better grip.

Ah thanks for the suggestion I didn't have any blutack but it gave me an idea to try a piece of tape and it worked. Ha ha should have thought of that earlier.

If it was my laptop I would heat up a sowing needle and carefully burn it from where it comes against the screen and bezel.
