I saved your avatar and opened it in animation shop but it only has 1 frame. Not sure if this is a board limitation or not?

I just noticed, that board limitation is 100x100 pixel, and my gif is over that limit. It may be a culprit, but I'm not sure what program to use to scale it down. Irfanview will let me scale it down, only when I stop animation, and after resizing, animation is gone.
