Perhaps if you restate the question in more detail it might get some response.

What are you trying to do? What is this "batch" supposed to do?

The two quotes you posted are identical.

I am not a DOS person but I've heard that you shouldn't get a "batch" wet!


Anyway in all seriousness perhaps start a new thread with a DOS or Batch subject line and others in the know might have an idea.
