the problem i'm having is when i try to listen to item on you tube it play for a secound and then it stops it keep doing that how can i correct that problem so i can see and hear the whole vidio and sound.

Do you have dial-up or hi spead internet?

Do you do reqular maintance on you system?
disk defrag
disk cleanup

Do you have updated and running anti virus and anti spyware installed?

What is the spec of your system?

your video card has a bug on it ... meaning a scratch or a break that can interfear with the sound somtimes because when the video stops it screws the hole system and can cause it to do that.
