hi, is there any way to shrink .pdf files? the reason i am asking, is that for our I.T project, our entire folder needs to be under 15mb, mine is 16.2 and everything i have got, i need!!

thanks for that looking at the size of each different folder (planning, select and capture...) the planning one was the largest (9.8mb) in that, there was a HTML table which was 9mb, after shrinking it down, copying it to word, shrinking it down some more, i managed to get it to fit horizontaly on the page so i was then able to convert it to .pdf format and now my folder is less than 15mb
