hello all i have a computer that i am wanting to sell but not sure for how much its worth...couls someone let me know...i have

dell dimension 4600 with pentium 4 2.4GHz socket 478
1G of ddr400 kingston ram (2x512)
80 Gig Ide Western digital hdd
agp ati all in wonder 2006 9600 w/ rf remote wonder
dvd rom
antec 430w psu
hp wirless keyboard and mouse
dual 15in tv/monitor (lcd)

this computer will have windows xp home sp2, nero 6, mcafee, microsoft office small business, v com fix it utility pro, microsoft super pack 1 and 2.

i know its not the greatest but descent...if i upgrade the cpu to a 3GHz with ht technology for $100, can i sell it for more?...thank you for your opinions just need to make sure that i dont sell it too cheap, then i need to find someone to buy it...anyways thanks in advance i really appreciate it
