hi, hope i'm posting in the correct place.

my 12 month contract with supanet will finish in a couple of weeks, and i am seriously thinking about getting broadband, just wondered if anyone could recommend a cheap broadband,i dont download music or owt like that so just a basic broadband.

checked the web but ther is so many that my head is spinning and not a clue what would be the best one for me.


any help or advice would be much appreciated

Go Cable if you can, do NTL or Telewest operate in your area they will be better than internet coming down you phone line as it doen't matter how old the phone cables are

Some info about eclipse on the ADSL guide website. Bear in mind that most people post on forums when they are having trouble with their ISP. You don't see loads of threads from people saying "My connection is fast today" etc.

i was in a similar position when i jumped in the broadband band wagon......
but i did find a great deal on http://www.moneysupermarket.com/broadband/ i liked the lay out, and i went with a deal from eclipse who i never would have found otherwise!!
