just got orange livebox
trying to connect it up on my laptop,got it to connect through the ethernet cable but having trouble with emails,keeps asking for password/username,also when press send/recieve tab one of the settings has changed to lan connections.

also trying to go wireless,using a external usb dongle,loaded software just wont seem to make the final connection.

any help would be great
not great with computers so have run out of ideas and common sense!!
