i am confused, have i been replied to?, or have i supplied an answer but have been ignored, i am new to these groups, so please forgive me if i seem a little disgruntled for being ignored, it does seem to be to my (old fashioned) manners, that after offering help, being ignored makes my help seem a waste of time! a thanks seem to be more than a reply is worth.

If that is the case, can someone please tell me why we bother to offer help to less knowledgeable people? not that i am a guru, but i may have had an answer that someone may have needed.!!!
