    Search help

I have been googling all day and can't find what I am looking for. I am after one of those collars that you put on a cat or dog after they have had stitches or an injury to stop them from biting themselves. (I need one for a cat.) I don't know what they are called so I keep ending up with pages of ordinary collars. Can anyone help narrow down my search fields please?

    Elizabethan Collar
A specially designed cone made of plastic or card that may be slipped over the head and attached to a cat's collar. The aim of the Elizabethan collar is to prevent a cat from licking or biting at a wound, or skin lesion on the body, allowing healing to take place.

Cool thanks both of you. I have ordered from the link tassie posted. The fun will start when we try to put it on the cat. I will post a pic when it arrives.

Yes I'd like to see a pic of that Jaynee. Put your welding gloves on while attempting it.

Sorry it took so long, I couldn't be bothered to plug the camera in just to upload one photo. BTW the collar came the next day and is really good quality........ the cat has been sulking ever since.
