The game i am playing is maplestory and it just keeps quiting andd flashing.
can you help me?

Well what you should do firstly is be a little more specific, as I 'm not sure what may be the problem currently, but try updating flash player, thats if maplestory is a flash game (i don't think it is)

Otherwise redownload the game from nexon? I think they made it.

And i don't really want to re download the game becuase i have DSL internet so it takes hours to download.
But recently, everytime i start up maplestory i press ctrl+Alt+del then press cancel. I do that twice and then it doesnt flash the whole time while i play.
But i have noticed that, the game starts to flash more frequently when i am near a mass of people/Users. The game lags, freezes a bit, when near other players in-game.
So what should i do?

Well if it lags and flashes its either a file error, and as you don't know which one, it would require a full reinstall.

OR

It is hardware incompatibility, failure or not meeting the requirements.

What I would say for you to do is if you are to re-download, try to find an extractable version, if I know, the game was made by Nexon, meaning it would use a downloader, what I suggest is find the whole application in one pack the download it off of a school computer's internet or a public computer, no bandwidth is eaten and would probably be quicker.
