Hello DAL,
I just got Supreme Commander 2 today. I was very anxeious to play this game and when I started a skirmish I got distorted and black lines. I've never had any problems like this with previous games I've played, including Sup. Com. 1. Nothing is overheating and nothing is overclocked. So idk I made a youtube vid to show you what it looks like:

Perhaps it is your installation of the game. Perhaps you should uninstall/reinstall. Did you add any mods? Do you fit the system requirements? Are you over clocking your GPU? From the start menu [start menu, run in XP] type in dxdiag, click on display, & look to see if any errors are displayed. Also make sure that all of the different graphic accelerations are enabled. Run the tests if that is available. Also please give us more info on your system.

Since you copy and pasted, I'm thinking you don't have a solution for this type of problem?

I have already reinstalled, same results.
I fit the system requirements
Not overclocking
No dxdiag errors

This is ridiculous,
I've tried every combination and fix I can think of. Nothing works.
Reinstalled new drivers
Completely removing overclocking software
I've tried every resolution
Disabling second monitor

Has anyone ever had this problem before?

I've never seen anything like it before. Perhaps your copy of the game is bad. Since it is new I would do an exchange. The only thing I can think of would be if you installed a mod but I'm not a big computer game player. Have you tried it on another computer?
