hi, i have installed desperados 2 and run as administrator and in compatability mode for xp. it seems to install fine but just will not play / load when i click the icon. i am very puzzeled, and would appreciate any advice. my computer is new and a fairly good spec. thanks, john

Try it again and as soon as it crashes out, goto Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer and see if there is an error in windows logs -> Application or System that looks like it relates to the game. Information ones aren't that helpful it's warnings or errors that we're interested in.
