I'm getting 2 error messages when I try to open my paid for Big Fish Games!
I have contacted them and they are no help, I've done all they've told me to do and it hasn't worked. The message reads as follows:
Unable to locate component this application has failed to start because bfgus.dll was not found.
What are they talking about?

I would first try to search the installation CD for the BFGUS.DLL file. Once you have found it, copy it and place in your C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder. If you don't have an installation CD then do a search on your complete hard disk (C: drive) to find this file and copy it to the folder I specified.

Hopefully this should solve your problem.

I am having the exact same problem. Has anyone figured out the answer to this yet? I have tried removing all applications to Big Fish Games and reinstalling, but I always get the same error messages. It's very frustrating!

I've tried everything other than reformatting they wanted to have access to my hard drive which I couldn't allow. Sensitive work related material! You can play on another computer. It's not convenient for me so I just stopped playing.
If you have another computer try entering all your account info into it should work, otherwise cancel your account. unfortunately they don't refund any money. I tried! Anyways, good luck!
