Well I'm now re-addicted to Half Life 2... I've been playing for about 5 hours each day this week . I'm right now at the tunnel with my little buggy car, and I'm shootin' up headcrab zombies while trying to get to Nova Prospect.
This game rocks.

I've been playing HL2 again too, must be something in the air.

One way I found to get somewhat bored with it though, is to play around with the console for a week or so. When you can have any weapon, disable AI, fly, ect. and you have taken a screenshot of every bump mapped object in the game, it's time to call it a day (for a week or so lol).

What got me back into it was the urge to slice zombies up with saw blades... go figure. Maybe I've been playing a bit too much Zombie Mod and thinking about NMRiH too much (don't click those links if you don't like zombies, and zombie mod only works once in every month or so ).

Anyway once I got to Ravenholm I was pretty into it, and kept playing.

I've never used any mods with HL2 before. Might have a look at some now though.
