Hey im having a little problem with day of defeat source.

I have recently had to reboot my computer due to hardcore viruses been caught through my firewall being let down by my younger sister so she can play some crud online flash game. i rebooted my computer and reinstalled steam and day of defeat source (in which run perfectly fine before the reboot) and now when i try and join a server to play, i get a message about three bars into the load up and it says "Client dropped by server" what does this mean and how do i fix it because i cant find anything about it on the official tech help website for the game and would be much obliged if someone could help.

Sounds like to me your connection is dropping, is say AIM/MSN etc dropping at all? If its not your connection, something is probably still leftover from your viruses.

Steam support is awful, so are their forums, don't waste your time over there.
Could be a packet loss issue, but usually you can make it in and lag walk around a bit. It could also be a virus that you have yet to remove, did you try all the virus scanners?
