and

If I remember correctly, please correct me if I'm wrong, but Medal of Honor Allied Assault. Right?

I can't find any exact information regarding this error. Though I did find that someone else had a similar problem with an nVidia card. Have you updated your drivers yet? If not, do that, and that should work.

Have you tried the dreadful reinstall yet?

yes the game is Medal of Honor; Asault. I tried with update of nvidia, stiil doesn work , so the game in the biggining working, but when i going to start new game then the error come enyway, may be u can tell me how to do dreadful reinstall?
end one more thing ,the others extention of this game are working perfectly (like Breackthrough and Spearhead)

run
dxdiag

Run the those tests and be sure everything completes good.

Also provide your graphic card maker/model. If you can even your full sytem.
