i just got a new laptop and i downloaded the sims 2 on it.. but everytime i am done making my family it freezes when loading the family. it worked perfectly fine before. and i downlaoded the sims 3 and that works fine. i uninstalled the sims 3 and re-installed the sims 2 and it still doesnt work

what can i do to keep it from freezing all the time
