connexion to big fish games site has become VERY slow and therefore am unable to connect to it and purchase games for the family.

haven't used the site for a while, The problem is the same if I try to connect via e-mail sent from bfg or trying to go onto the bfg site directly.

Will EVENTUALLY connect via mozilla firefox but too much hassle!!!

Am using win xp pro. speedtouch router and aol as my service provider.

Oncein a while can get to MY ACCOUNT on bfg and then the whole thing slows up and am unable to get anywhere.

What are your system's specs? If you don't know you can run the scan linked to the top of the page and post back the link. Are you using dial up? Have you tried contacting the company?

Am an older user of the internet and not reallyfamiliar with all the terms yet, but, please have patience and we,ll get there.

This problem seems to ONLy happen on bfg site, am using broadband connected via aol speedtouch wireless router.

Have tried contacting the company, they advised using mozilla firefox, which will get me through to bfg eventually and am able to purchase games.

Any more help or anything else I can do, [if I know how] please let me know. Getting really frustrated not being able to get the grandkids the specific games they want.

Well have you installed and tried Firefox? If not you download it from here and double click on the installation program. I've found out that sometimes you must be patient with computers and I know how it is not knowing what is wrong.
