If your graphics were always onboard then reload the video drivers from Acer:

Aspire 3680

Acer Service & Support

If you have a graphics card you need to download from either ATI or NVIDIA depending on your card.

i dont think i made any changes, i didnt re install vista either.

1 of the pservers said that g2rd wasnt working, the other loaded up the launcher, i registered... ok GR2D still isnt working, idk what do download..... i went to the acer link, gave me junk, could u send me the links for the other 2 things?

The GR2D is a very simple error.

It indicates either your graphics device is not capable of running this software or else you lost your drivers.

If MS worked previously we would suppose you lost your drivers. To find your drivers we need to know what your graphics device is.

Your first scan indicated onboard Intel from Acer. I doubt that Acer is giving out junk. You need to go through their process of finding your model then the drivers.

If you can confirm your graphics is indeed on-board we can help you navigate Acer's site.

However it would be a waste of time if you are using a graphics card.

One way to tell if you do not know is look where the monitor is plugged into the computer.

Is the plug vertical near the middle edge of the case or is it horizontal towards the lower middle of the case?

By the way im pretty sure i solved the launcher prolem, Im usin a laptop but from the power outlet to ly comp its vertical.

Go to MS Windows Vista > Drivers and Utilities

Then: nVidia VGA Driver 7.15.10.9755


Before loading the new driver go to your Add or Remove Programs > NVIDIA > Display Driver > remove.

In other words remove your current driver before installing the new one.
