my card is rlly bad
its geforce 6200 (265mb) i am planning on buying a new pc this summer
if it was a requirment problem then why did the game work b4 the windows crash??
btw i am downloading the driver now

You said you installed the driver earlier today.

Perhaps it was a bad install or the wrong driver.

All I can tell you is the NVIDIA driver is what caused that last dump.

okay but why does the computer crash in this game ? i mean my computer ran better games than it with more requirments and better graphics

but i got 1 last question why was counter strike source the only game that crashed while all other games ran prefectly ?

Perhaps there was something in the CSS code that didn't like the NVIDIA code that you were using.

this is a another problem i had from a while but everybody tells me just to upgrade my video card will solve the problem but maybe there is another soulution the porblem is that:
i bought splinter cell double agent like 3 months ago i passed most of the recommened requirments but still it worked in slow motion i liked the game and i didnot mind the problem so i finished the game but then i bought prince of persia 4 like 3 weeks ago it worked much worse than splinter cell double agent , so slow that the sound even came b4 picture... kinda dumb
i tried turning graphics to low changing to lowest resoloution it did help a little bit but still not in the normal speed..... in prince of persia i wasnot surprised it worked slow coz i only passed the normal requirments but in splinter cell double i passed the recommened and still it works slow!!!
my pc requirments are
ram:2gb
processer:2 processors running - Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz
video card:i mentioned it b4 (geforce 6200 265 mb)
any ideas whats the problem?

I assume you have no other programs running while you play?

Are you running these games off your hard drive or off the CD drive?

of the hard drive and i close everything before running it
