How do I find customer support for GameGuard?
INCA Internet provides customer support to nProtect GameGuard users through various means including e-mail, telephone and remote client access.
If any problem or question arises when using nProtect GameGuard, please contact INCA by refering to the following instructions
1. Close the game when the game does not run or the error occurs.
2. Please find all files with extension of .erl in the folder named "GameGuard", located in the game directory, and send them to
game2@inca.co.kr with description of errors.
3. If the problem cannot be solved using telephone or e-mail, INCA Internet's staff will contact the customer, arrange for terminal client access, and carry out in-depth analysis
