So i play alot of game's and im getting some wierd lagg when i play it come's randomly like every 5 min or so and i know this is wrong since i played this games befor whit out lagg oh yeah and lagg come's like every 5 min stay lagging for about 2 min then it just disapper and then i come back after about 5 min.
And as i said i played this game's befor Crysis, Call of duty, team fortress and so on.
and i dont think this is a internet problem becuse this happens when i play in offline mode too.

It sounds as if there's something running at the background of your computer. Perhaps an antivirus software scan? Do you have a software that automatically defrags your PC?

Is it only when you play games?

ye in Windows i aint got any problem only in game's

Are you running any other software while you are playing games?

Anti Virus? Firewall? Anything?

You could also check your Event Viewer for errors that coincide with your issue:

Window's firewall is turned off.
But i got AVG Anti-Virus running.

You playing on Steam?

If so and make sure no internet browser is running try turning off AVG and see if that makes a difference.

ok turned of all background program's not needed and AVG but i still got it. :/

Do you hear any fan increase when it lags?

What is the make and model of the graphics card?

Do you monitor your temperatures?

Did you check your Event Viewer?

Have you ever tried 3D Mark?

Core 2 - Holy crap 98 celsius :S

when i got lagg CPU ussage in event viewer went true the roof

And was long ago but getting free version atm so ill be back on that question
