I downloaded the Tiger Woods game on my PC. When I get in the game and want to play a round of golf a message pops up that says the game encountered a problem and needs to shut down. I have no clue what to do. I just downloaded Madden 2008 and NHL 2008 so I have games that work. Any help would be great. Any suggestions would be great.

I tried the Can you run it scan. I cannot run Tiger Woods on my computer. The main problem is the video card. I have an Intel card and Tiger requires NVIDIA geforce3+ or some other one (radeon??). I tried updating my intel card and it didnt work, I tried downloading NVIDIA and it didnt work. It says my computer does not meet the minimum requirements to download the card.

After the scan it suggests buying some video cards. I would like to do it for free, but that might not be possible.

Do I have to buy one? or is there a way for me to download one of the suggested video cards?

Video cards are hardware you insert into the computer and they cost anywhere form $30 - $1,000.

The thing you download (software/free) is a driver for the card. That simply is a translator between the card and the computer.

Ok, so since I have an intel computer I have to download software that is compatible with intel, otherwise I have to buy a video card and install it?

You have a graphics chip on your Intel motherboard. This is known as integrated graphics.

If you downloaded the latest Intel driver then that is the best you can do short of buying a graphics card which would be either NVIDIA or ATI.
