I don't know what happened. It was working fine a few days ago but for some reason when it's at the loading screen to either go to the neighborhood or your home it would freeze and i just got this laptop for christmas. It's brand new! Everything else works fine but when i play that game it won't load up.

I would grately appreciate it if you could help me with this issue because yahoo answers doesn't do anything for me when i go to see what they have to say so if you could help that would be nice.
