You need to reinstall your graphics driver.

To do this you need to know what graphics card you have.

Scans will not see it because there are no drivers to show it.

If you do not know what it is then short of opening up your case you might try the Device Manager under Display Adapters.

right click My Computer then click Manage then Device Manager then Display Adapters
