*sighs* here we go again!!
i keep getting disconnected every three minutes. the game and music freezes and my computer loses power...just like before. its really getting frustrating

It sounds like it is not a Maple Story issue.

Your symptoms are in general over heating.

If your computer shuts down it is most likely heat. Have you ever cleaned the computer inside?

uhm..the cover thingy is off and its very dusty in there. there is one piece of equipment that is especially hot, it is a piece of shiny metal with many rows in the middle. It is located next to the fan and the power box, but i dont know what it is called 0-0

I'd suggest getting a can of air at the office or hardware store and get that dust out.
