Is this a new disc? Has it ever been installed before? Have you tried it on another computer to see if it simply a disc error or a problem with your computer?

Do you have the choice of multiple servers?

Do the servers report a "ping time"?

Thanks for the link. For some reason I couldnt find the support place. But I did what it said. Im doing the Disk Cleanup and Disk Defragementer. Hopefully this will make my computer faster. Heres what my Disk Defrag is looking like... Is it good or bad?
