    Auto Restart .................................................. .........

Also turn off the auto restart function:

How to turn off Auto Restart in XP

    Right click on My Computer

    Select Properties

Select the Advanced tab then the Startup & Recovery section

    Select the Settings button

Uncheck "Automatically restart" and then click Apply

This will give you a Blue Screen with the error message rather than restarting the computer.

Write down the error detail then use the reset button on the computer to restart.

    Event Viewer
    --------------------------------------------------
Check your Event Viewer via Administrative Tools.

Open the System as well as Application tabs and look for red X errors that coincide with your problem. Details here:

Were you ever able to play this game on this computer?

It has Intel integrated graphics? No Graphics card? Correct?

    0x0000008E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

A kernel mode program generated an exception which the error handler didn’t catch. These are nearly always hardware compatibility issues (which sometimes means a driver issue or a need for a BIOS upgrade).

0xC0000005: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION indicates that a memory access violation occurred.

    ialmdd5.dll: DirectDraw(R) Driver for Intel(R) Graphics Technology

I was going to suggest this scanner but I do not see this game listed.

    Can you run it ..............................................

If it is similar to Maple Story you might run the scan on Maple Story.

I am just guessing your graphics chip cannot handle the software requirements.

What is the make and model of the computer?

I know its by the company who made MapleStory (Nexon).
The computer was made my Dell. What do you mean Model? Sorry for asking.
I ran the scan on MapleStory and it passed both Mininum and Recommended.

Like: Dell Dimension 1234 or Dell Inspiron 9876 or Dell Latitude 9753 etc.

    Is it a laptop?

    Nope: meaning not a laptop?

There should be a label on it. Perhaps the side or back.

You could try this scan and look under System Model:

    Belarc .................................................. .

Also what is under Display Device?
