Hey everyone. I have a problem with my maplestory every since i bought my new Tablet laptop. It has Window Xp Tablet Edition. I think that might be causing me the problem because Nexon only supports Window Xp. Turns out my friend has the same laptop but it works for her.

Ok, enough chit chat and down to business.
Now. This is the problem:

1. I click on MapleStory icon.
2. I wait for the pop up screen and pressed play.
3. I wait for that little box on the left corner to approve.
4. The screen blackens.
5. The screen "Nexon" appears
6. Then The screen "Wizet" appears and does it animation arrow then.

THEN AJDKFHAJLKHKJSFKDSBHJALHFJAS.

7. The screen disappears and then a box up with nothing in it.

Usually i thought it would say something like " there is a server...go to the global website"
But there was nothing.

I got the latest DirectX so i don't think that the problem.

Please help me with this problem.

First off can we assume that "AJDKFHAJLKHKJSFKDSBHJALHFJAS" is your expression and not something on the screen?

If so then after the Wizet splash the next box is usually for a server connection? Is this correct?

(Sorry; I have never played this game.)

You say it never worked on this computer? Correct?

Do you know what firewall you run?
