I have Question about L2 cache while gaming on a budget a mobo came with a Sempron M 3000+:1.8ghz,L2 cache speed of 128kb, and proccesor data bus speed of 800mhz.Now im not trying to play anything like WoW but i saw that the L2 cache was low compared to others that are like 512kb.
but would i be able to do gaming on this

That pretty much depends on what you want your system to do. Sempron is an entry level CPU and will struggle with pretty much most games (depending on your other system specs too) a 128Kb L2 Cache is fairly small, I'm running an AMD Athlon 5200 (you can buy them of ebay for $150 now) and its L2 Cache is 1MB and its a great CPU but it still struggles with some games.
From what I've read about WoW the specs are relitivly low and if you can put up with the setting on lowest you should find the experiance playable.
Without a more detailed summary of your system (RAM, GPU ect) I really cant give an accurate guess on how well it will run.
