Hi

Just bought Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix for the grandchildren. I've tried to load it twice (my computer more than fulfills the requirements) and each time I have the same error message when I start to play - A required security module cannot be activated. this program cannot be executed (7001). I have tried to get on to the EA technical support but problems with their web site at present. Is there anyone out there that can help before the said grandchildren arrive tomorrow..........

many thanks for info - makes interesting reading and is some comfort to know I am not alone with the problem. Also the fact that it is not my computer or the grey hair that is the problem

Thanks for info - I have remedied it by altering the registry as suggested - the EA suggestions did not work for me. My only problem now is that I cannot get into the Gryffindor common Room (can't get beyond 4%)- but that's another story and I guess it will be solved by the grandchildren, I hope!

I only hope this is not another gremlin.
