That is the driver for your integrated graphics.

If it installed correctly it would have told you to restart the computer.

For some reason Windows lost contact with this device and now the driver install is failing.

This might indicate some hardware problem with the motherboard.

This is why I wonder if you know if some changes since MS worked until when it didn't.

You might try running the install again. Or try running it in Safe Mode.

To enter Safe Mode restart the computer and tap the F8 key after the BIOS POST but before Windows tries to start.

What did not work? Just restarting the computer?

Did you try to reinstall? Did you try Safe Mode?
