I everyone im new. Whenever I start maplestory the gamegaurd styuff comes up it connects and everything and then the Little maplestory box stays up for abour 10 secounds then my computer screen goes black and my computer restarts.... It was working perfect just a day ago.. i tries system restoring and i tried virus scan.. none of those worked can somebody please help me..

Your issue is not directly addressed there but if it is rebooting your computer it is most likely a hardware issue.

I would suggest reinstalling Maple Story and perhaps uninstalling and reinstalling your Graphics Drivers.

Also see if you have any coincidental errors in your Event Viewer.

Both ATI and nVidia have uninstallation/installation instructions on their web sites.

Umm I have intel >.< and i dont get that error message i dont get anything error at all it jsut restarts..

Then try reinstalling the Intel drivers.

Does your computer have any other problems?

I am surprised that MS ran on an Intel chip but if it did... ok.

That means you have no graphics card per se but only a motherboard chip (Intel).

Also as mentioned try reinstalling MS.

Did you check the Event Viewer?

Ty alot but what do i look for in event viewer+ I dont know which links there to clikc o_O

Look for errors under System or Application that might coincide with a shutdown.

Again if the computer just powered off there probably won't be anything but it is worth a look.

Ok should i post them here?+ I still dont know how to uninstall my drivers and how to reinstall them o.x i tried looking on google but i dont wanna do something wrong and mess it up cuz i might be looking @ the wrong thing.. + do you want me to post my ocmputer info? If so how do i do that >.<

1: You said Maple Story was working on this computer till a couple days ago: correct?

2: If so was anything added or changed from when it worked till when it didn't? Do you have any other problems?

3: If no I would first off uninstall then reinstall Maple Story. You can uninstall via start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.

4: If that doesn't help then note the time of a shutdown re: Maple Story and then post back the errors for that time in the Event Viewer.

5: What is the make and model of the computer?

6: You said your graphics was Intel. Do you know this from the motherboard or the computer manufacturer?
