You need to either try and load drivers (trial and error) or open the computer and look.

    As I posted here:

If you have an AGP card it is either ATI or nVidia based.

Unless you want to open the computer and verify which card you have you can try to load the latest drivers from ATI and nVidia. If your hardware does not match the driver it will tell you so.

The other issue here is you have an older card (if you have a card) as that motherboard only supports AGP 4x. This means the newer drivers may not work. In this case you will need to open the computer and ID your card.

Anyway you can try to load one or the other of these:

    ATI: http://ati.de/support/driver.html

    nVidia: http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp

SiS is your motherboard chip. If your monitor is plugged into the motherboard then SiS is your graphics device.

If your monitor is plugged into a card it will be perpendicular to the motherboard and be either nVidia or ATI based. You should see an ATI or nVidia label and also you should see some kind of model type and #.

Again you can determine the basic difference on whether your plug is vertical near the edge (motherboard) or horizontal towards the middle (AGP card).

rite now the moniter is plugged into the vertical near the edge
    so its motherboard.

Then you do not have a graphics card. If you are seeing SiS somewhere then that is your graphics controller as well. I am very surprised that that ever played MS but if it did you can try their drivers. It is strange that HP does not list them.

this is from your motherboard site: choose XP:
