hi new to the site. got my son a new pc for xmas. problem is whenever he plays a game the screen goes black then fades in to white and purple. the games all install no problem and the sound is working but no picture just this funny screen fade. picture on internet etc ok just on pc games and he is only 9 so we are not talking mega graphics....likes of sims, zoo tycoon etc

machine brand new, all games but like i said nothing major on the graphics front
