I can't start MapleStory.
it comes up a message saying
'GameGuard: initialise failed(114)'
'GameGuard initialization error.Try rebooting and executing the game or close the program considered to cause a collision.'

I have tried what it says million time... but it didnt work T.T

I have also tried when i turned off my firewall n anti-virus software. It still doesnt work.= ='

Help me,please
p.s. This is a new laptop. It worked perfectly at the frist two days,but never after...
