My friend is getting a laptop for christmas and his parents have asked me to install his games , so i started off with rollercoaster tycoon 3, but when i try to play it, i get this:

This is built into XP SP2 so if you are running XP you should load SP2 from Windows Update.

If your second error continues your graphics card/chip may not be adequate for the game.
